Process servers work on deadlines, and so do we. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow the delivery.
We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Return policy
Civil Process Supplies is run by a working process server, and we stand behind everything we sell. Our policy is simple and honest, so you know exactly where you stand before you order.
Digital downloads
Templates, trackers and other digital downloads are delivered to you instantly, so they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. If you have trouble downloading or opening a file, call us and we will get it working for you.
Door hangers
Door hangers are not returnable. That does not mean you are on your own. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, call us and we will make your order right.
Custom shirts
Custom shirts are made just for you, so they cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your shirt order, call us and we will make it right.
Jackets
Jackets may be returned. If you need to send a jacket back, call us first so we can get your return started. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
